We are pleased to welcome your four-legged friends! They are allowed in all outdoor areas. During the summer months they are also welcome at the Braceria - Pizzeria San Luigi by prior reservation. For more information, please consult the Pet Friendly page.

The hotel is located near the Grosseto military airport (9 km), and during the day you may see some fighter planes passing overhead. Operations are limited to certain time slots.

We carry out anti-mosquito treatments once a week to minimise the presence of these insects. However, being immersed in the beautiful Maremma countryside, the presence of mosquitoes is natural and unavoidable. We advise you to take a repellent with you to ensure an even more pleasant stay.

Dogs are welcome in our pool area, in an area specifically designated and equipped for them. In addition, we have fenced off areas for walking, where your four-legged friends can run around and have fun in safety. But no bathing!

We are a very large facility! To ensure that each unit is ready for you, we need time to perform all cleaning tasks. 

You can arrive in the morning, make use of a designated area to change and enjoy our services and our swimming pools while waiting for your flat to be delivered.

Yes, swimming caps in the pool are compulsory for reasons of hygiene and maintenance.

We have two restaurants at our guests' disposal:

• Tuscia Restaurant: Open for both lunch and dinner, this in-house restaurant offers dishes inspired by Italian and Maremma traditions. Our Chef and his brigade prepare each dish with passion and professionalism, winning our guests over with authentic flavours.
• Braceria-Pizzeria San Luigi: Surrounded by the green Tuscan Maremma, in the heart of the Borghi & Casali with outdoor tables. Open only in the summer months, it is the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue or a pizza!

We have three swimming pools at the disposal of our guests:

• Two outdoor pools: One in the hotel area and one in the flat area, both flanked by children's pools with heights suitable for small children. Ideal for families, they offer moments of relaxation and fun for young and old.
• A heated indoor pool: Located in our wellness centre, this pool also offers a children's area, with adequate depth. It is available by reservation at an additional cost, for a complete wellness experience.
